Wild Flow Yoga – Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to bookings and purchases made with Wild Flow Yoga, the trading name of Daria Tsybaeva.

By booking or purchasing a Wild Flow Yoga class, course, workshop, online class, online library access or other service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. About Wild Flow Yoga

Wild Flow Yoga provides yoga, movement, meditation, and related wellbeing classes and services, including in-person classes, live online classes, pre-recorded online courses and an online library, workshops and other offerings.

Classes are provided by Daria Tsybaeva or, where necessary, another suitably qualified teacher arranged by Wild Flow Yoga.

Live online classes are delivered through Zoom. The online library and pre-recorded courses are provided through OfferingTree.

Wild Flow Yoga provides general yoga and movement instruction and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or medical advice.

2. Using the website

The Wild Flow Yoga website provides information about classes, courses, workshops, online offerings and other services.

Information provided on the website is intended for general information and educational purposes. It is not a substitute for medical advice or assessment.

Wild Flow Yoga may provide links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience and Wild Flow Yoga is not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of third-party websites.

3. Age requirements

Unless a particular offering states otherwise, Wild Flow Yoga classes are intended for people aged 18 and over.

Certain classes may have different age requirements, which will be stated in the class description.

Where a class is specifically designed for parents and babies, the adult attending remains responsible for their baby at all times.

4. Bookings

Bookings can be made through the Wild Flow Yoga website or booking system.

When making a booking, you must provide accurate and complete information.

Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once the booking process has been completed and, where applicable, payment has been successfully processed.

You may only make a booking for another person if you are authorised to do so.

Please check your booking confirmation carefully and contact Wild Flow Yoga as soon as possible if any information is incorrect.

5. Prices and payments

Payments made through the Wild Flow Yoga website are processed securely by Stripe. Wild Flow Yoga does not store your full payment card details.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) on the relevant booking or offering page and are payable at the time stated during the booking process. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. I do not add booking fees or card-processing charges, and I cover my own payment-processing costs.

If you are paying from outside the UK, or with a card or account in another currency, your own bank or card provider may apply currency-conversion or other charges. These are outside my control.

Where a price is shown in error, Wild Flow Yoga will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

6. Cancellation and refunds

The cancellation and refund terms for a particular course, workshop, special event or other offering will be shown at the time of booking where they differ from the general terms below.

6.1 Live classes (in-person and online)

You can cancel a booking for a live class, whether in-person or online, and receive a full refund, as long as you cancel at least 12 hours before the class is due to start.

To cancel, please contact me using the details in section 25 (or use the cancellation option in your booking confirmation, where available). If you cancel less than 12 hours before the start, or do not attend, a refund is not normally available, although I may offer a credit or refund at my discretion, for example in cases of genuine emergency.

Because live classes are booked for a specific date and time, the 14-day statutory right to cancel for distance purchases does not apply to them. This is why the cancellation terms above apply instead.

6.2 Courses, workshops and special events

Courses, workshops and special events may have their own cancellation terms because places are limited and arrangements may be made in advance. Any special cancellation or refund conditions will be clearly stated on the relevant booking page before you purchase.

6.3 Online library and pre-recorded courses

The online library and pre-recorded courses are digital content that you can access straight after purchase.

If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from purchase to cancel and receive a full refund, unless you have asked for immediate access. At checkout you will be asked to confirm that you want immediate access and that you understand you will lose your right to cancel once you start to access, stream or download the content.

This means that once you have started watching or downloading the content, I am unable to offer a refund if you simply change your mind. If you have not yet accessed the content, you can cancel within 14 days of purchase by contacting me, and I will refund you within 14 days of receiving your request.

If digital content is faulty, cannot be accessed, or is not as described, please contact me. I will repair or replace it or refund you, as required by law.

Access to purchased online library content or courses lasts for as long as the content is available.

6.4 Refunds and statutory rights

Where a refund is due, it will be paid to the original payment method, normally within 14 days.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes or limits any statutory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Where a statutory right to cancel applies, the relevant legal requirements will apply.

7. Changes or cancellation by Wild Flow Yoga

I reserve the right to change a class time, venue, teacher or format where reasonably necessary.

If I need to cancel a class, I will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact details provided when booking.

Where a class is cancelled by Wild Flow Yoga, you will be offered an appropriate alternative, transfer or a full refund. Refunds will be paid within 14 days.

I am not responsible for circumstances outside my reasonable control, including serious illness, extreme weather, venue closure, utility failure, internet or platform outage, transport disruption or other events that could not reasonably have been anticipated or prevented.

Where such circumstances affect a booking, I will communicate with affected customers and take reasonable steps to offer an appropriate alternative or refund where appropriate.

8. Arriving for class

Please arrive, or log in to Zoom, in sufficient time to get settled before the class begins.

If you arrive late, you may be asked to wait until an appropriate point before entering the class, particularly where entering late would disrupt other participants or create a safety issue.

Wild Flow Yoga reserves the right to refuse participation where this is reasonably necessary for safety or the wellbeing of the class.

9. Participation and health

Yoga and movement are forms of physical activity and involve inherent risks, including the possibility of physical injury.

Before attending your first live class, you must complete the Wild Flow Yoga Health & Wellbeing Questionnaire and accept the Participation & Safety Waiver. Before using the online library, you must accept the Participation & Safety Waiver. I may ask you to review these from time to time.

Online library content is general in nature and is not tailored to your individual needs. Please choose content that is suitable for you, and seek medical advice first if you are pregnant, recently postnatal, injured or unsure.

You are responsible for working within your own abilities, listening to your body and stopping or modifying an exercise if it does not feel right for you.

You should inform the teacher before class about any injury, illness, pregnancy, recent surgery or other health consideration that may affect your ability to participate safely.

You should seek appropriate medical advice if you are unsure whether yoga or a particular activity is suitable for you.

The health questionnaire and participation information provided by Wild Flow Yoga are intended to help the teacher understand relevant considerations. They do not replace medical advice or assessment.

10. Pregnancy and postnatal participation

If you are pregnant, recently gave birth or are recovering from a caesarean section or other procedure, you are responsible for seeking appropriate medical advice about when it is safe for you to return to physical activity.

For Mum & Baby Yoga and other postnatal classes, the specific participation requirements stated in the class description or booking information apply.

Unless otherwise stated, Wild Flow Yoga asks participants who have recently given birth to have waited at least 6 weeks following a vaginal birth or 8 weeks following a caesarean section and to have attended their postnatal check before participating.

If you have experienced complications or have any concerns about returning to exercise, you should seek appropriate medical advice before attending.

11. Physical adjustments

In-person classes may sometimes include optional hands-on physical adjustments.

You can decline physical adjustments at any time.

If you do not wish to receive physical adjustments, please tell the teacher before or during the class.

12. Live online classes

Live online classes are delivered through Zoom. You will need a suitable device and a reliable internet connection. Zoom’s own terms and privacy policy apply to your use of Zoom. Your joining link is for your own use and must not be shared.

Class times are shown in UK time (GMT or BST). Please check the time in your own location before booking.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have a suitable and safe space in which to practise. You should remove obstacles and other hazards and ensure that your mat and any equipment are placed securely. If using equipment at home, you are responsible for ensuring that it is appropriate and safe to use.

The teacher cannot see everything happening in your environment, so you are responsible for exercising appropriate caution and stopping if something does not feel safe. You may choose whether to have your camera on, but please be aware that I can only offer guidance on what I can see.

When you book an online class, I will ask for your location (country and town or city) and an emergency contact. In a medical emergency, I may use this information to try to contact local emergency services or your emergency contact, but I cannot guarantee that help can be arranged where you are. You are responsible for knowing the emergency number for your location and for being able to reach help if you need it.

I am not responsible for problems with your internet connection, device or Zoom account. If a class cannot go ahead because of a problem on my side, I will offer an alternative class or a full refund. Where the problem is on your side, a refund is not normally available, but I will try to help where I reasonably can.

Live classes are not recorded unless I tell you in advance. You must not record, screenshot or photograph any class or other participants.

13. Mum & Baby Yoga

For Mum & Baby Yoga classes, the attending adult remains responsible for their baby throughout the session. By attending, you confirm that your baby is well enough to attend.

Babies may be present on the floor, in a carrier, in a pram or being held, depending on the circumstances and class activity.

The class is designed to be flexible around feeding, cuddles, changing, settling and other normal baby needs.

Parents or carers should not participate in any activity if they feel unable to do so safely while caring for their baby.

14. Behaviour

Wild Flow Yoga aims to provide a welcoming, inclusive and respectful environment.

Abusive, threatening, discriminatory or seriously disruptive behaviour towards the teacher, other participants or venue staff will not be tolerated.

Wild Flow Yoga reserves the right to ask a participant to leave a class or refuse future bookings where reasonably necessary to protect the safety or wellbeing of others.

Where a participant is removed because of their behaviour, any refund will be considered in accordance with the circumstances and applicable consumer law.

15. Personal belongings

Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings.

Wild Flow Yoga cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings except where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

16. Photography and recording

From time to time, Wild Flow Yoga may take photographs or recordings for promotional purposes.

You will not be required to appear in promotional photography or recording.

Where identifiable photography or filming is intended for promotional use, appropriate permission will be requested. For babies and children, permission must be given by a parent or guardian.

If you do not wish to appear in photographs or recordings, please let the teacher know.

17. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, materials provided by Wild Flow Yoga, including videos, written materials, class recordings, photographs, graphics, logos and other content, belong to Wild Flow Yoga or are used with permission.

You may use materials provided as part of a personal class or purchase for your own personal use.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, publicly share or commercially exploit Wild Flow Yoga content without prior written permission.

18. Online library and digital content

Where online library access, pre-recorded courses or other digital content is provided as part of a purchase, access is for the person who purchased or was given access to the service, for the access period stated at purchase.

You must not share login details, links, recordings or other access information with others unless Wild Flow Yoga has expressly permitted this. I may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.

I may add, update or remove content in the online library from time to time. If content you have purchased is removed in a way that materially reduces what you paid for, I will offer you a fair alternative or refund.

Digital content may be subject to additional conditions shown at the time of purchase.

19. Website security and availability

I take reasonable steps to keep the Wild Flow Yoga website available and secure, but I cannot guarantee that the website or online booking system will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems or circumstances outside my reasonable control.

OfferingTree, Zoom and Stripe are independent third-party service providers and may also experience interruptions or technical problems.

20. Liability

Wild Flow Yoga will provide services with reasonable care and skill as required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence.

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

  • Any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

  • Your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to the above, Wild Flow Yoga is not responsible for loss or damage that could not reasonably have been expected to arise from the service, or for circumstances outside Wild Flow Yoga’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove or reduce your responsibility to participate within your own abilities and to follow reasonable safety instructions.

21. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Wild Flow Yoga Privacy Policy.

Health and wellbeing information is treated as special category personal data and is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

22. Cookies

The Wild Flow Yoga website uses cookies and similar technologies.

Please see the Wild Flow Yoga Cookie Policy for information about the types of cookies used and how you can manage your preferences.

23. Changes to these Terms & Conditions

I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to my services, booking arrangements or legal requirements.

The latest version will be published on the Wild Flow Yoga website.

Where a significant change affects an existing booking or contractual relationship, I will provide appropriate notice where required.

24. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the law of Scotland.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts, subject to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also be able to bring proceedings in the courts where you live. If you live outside the UK, including in the EU, you keep the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence and may be entitled to bring proceedings in your local courts.
